Description
FloorPro LMP is specially formulated high build line marking paint based on a modified acrylic/chlorinated rubber hybrid.
The product is a quick drying traffic paint based on a special blend of alkyd and chlorinated rubber resins. This product is tough, hardwearing and resistant to ultraviolet degradation which makes it suitable for application of traffic line markings (both interior and exterior uses)

The product can be applied by
- Roller: Recommended.
- Spray: Use airless spray or conventional spray.
- Brush: Recommended to paint corners and edges

Cleaning
FloorPro LMP should be removed from tools, equipment and mixers with chemical cleaners immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Recommendations:
- Coverage of FloorPro LMP is wholly dependent upon surface conditions, site trials are therefore recommended to ascertain actual usage on uneven substrates. Spreading rate depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature, wastage during painting etc.
- Reflective Glass Beads can be used along with FloorPro LMP for areas where light reflectivity is required.
- Do not apply the paint if the humidity is > 85% and the dew point is < 3°C since it will prolong the drying time.
- Do not apply the paint when rain or sandstorm is imminent.
- If required, use 5% to 10% suitable thinner for ease of application in Air-spray applications.
- For Roller and brush applications, no thinner is required to be added.
- For Air-spray
Volume of thinner: 5-10%
Nozzle orifice: 4-6mm
Nozzle pressure: 0.2-0.3Mpa (approx. 2-3 at 28/42 psi)
Storage & Shelf Life:
12 months if stored in original unopened containers in a cool dry environment at ambient temperatures below 25°C, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition.. Do not store in direct sunlight
